Custom design & installation

All of Hartex Engineering lubrication installations are designed and installed to the specific customer requirements. We offer complete lubrication systems, including waste oil tanks, high press lines, pumps, hose reels, dispensers and manufacture custom fittings and gantrys in our Sydney based workshop.

NXT High-flow Oil & Grease Pumps:

• Data tracking, includes runaway protection, pump diagnostics & fluid tracking
• Air motor is configured with a modular design for easy ongoing maintenance
• Piston Valve with floating piston seal for maximum pressure balance over a range of material viscosities
• Floating priming plate provides uniform flow
• New modular air valve eliminates stalling and is up to 50% quieter than previous models
